Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own and manage the nuclear QA audit program aligned with ASME NQA-1. You will plan annual audits, lead internal and supplier audits, and ensure closure of corrective actions with objective evidence.

You will write audit reports and verify qualifications and independence from audited work, acting as the program lead on site and remotely as required.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or qualifiable within 90 days.
• Documented training in auditing and participation in audits.
• Experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead audits end to end with the audit team.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services.
• Prepare audit reports and verify corrective actions to closure.
