Job summary

Framatome is seeking an experienced engineer to support licensing of fuel products in commercial nuclear reactors. You will collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to plan and execute project activities, tracking progress and issues across multiple disciplines.

You will review work products, perform risk analyses, and propose solutions autonomously while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Alternative degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology or Engineering Science may be accepted.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and Engineering teams on large licensing projects.
• Create and execute project plans and timelines.
• Receive status updates from multiple engineering disciplines.
• Provide updates to management on progress and risks.
• Resolve technical issues related to Neutronics, Safety Analysis, Thermal-Hydraulics, or Fuel Rod Analyses.
• Deliver communications to customers or regulators.
