Job summary

Framatome is seeking an experienced engineer to coordinate and lead engineering teams on HALEU fuel production projects, ensuring technical solutions meet safety and quality standards. You will shape technical definitions, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvements in processes and equipment.

In this role you will partner with Process Engineering, Operations and Quality to translate development concepts into manufacturable, compliant production systems, document decisions, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related fields).
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of project life cycles, methodologies and phases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all engineering work and development of procedures to implement contracts within budget and schedule.
• Plans, organizes, implements and follows through to complete solutions addressing client needs.
• Forecasts necessary skills and work arrangements to support project objectives.
• Supervises day-to-day engineering staff and coordinates with other teams.
