Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking a Project Engineer to lead planning, technical coordination, and execution of complex engineering projects. You will act as the primary interface among engineering disciplines, project management, customers, suppliers and regulators to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within scope.

You will coordinate engineering work, define resources, and supervise teams to address client needs while adhering to applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a PE or EIT certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in engineering projects or EPC environments.
• Strong knowledge of project life cycles, methodologies and phases.
• Understanding of the relevant engineering discipline and procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all engineering work and prepare procedures, tools, materials, and budget/schedule plans.
• Plan and implement solutions to meet client needs and project objectives.
• Forecast skills and staffing needs to support project objectives.
• May supervise engineers, designers, and technicians on daily project tasks.
• Represent the company in communications with clients, suppliers, and regulators.
