Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its PMO, providing strategic leadership for a portfolio of commercial engineering projects within the nuclear industry. You will standardize processes, govern project delivery, and mentor junior PMs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes PMO framework development, stakeholder liaison, and rigorous financial management, with a strong preference for experience in nuclear-related technical fields and a PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Nuclear power industry or related technical field experience required.
• Experience within or developing a PMO framework.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools for scheduling/tracking.
• Excellent team building, problem identification, and root cause analysis skills.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and enforce PMO framework, methodologies, and templates.
• Lead complex, high-impact commercial projects from initiation to close-out.
• Forecast resources, allocate materials/personnel, optimize loading across portfolio.
• Interface between project teams, senior management, and clients; regular reporting.
• Drive continuous process improvement and mentoring for junior PMs.
• Oversee project financials, invoices, and change orders; ensure compliance with standards.
