Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist Energy for a remote role headquartered near Oak Ridge, TN. You will support a growing Commercial Nuclear Services business, applying cost estimating, risk management, scheduling, and EVMS processes across large-scale projects.

Responsibilities include leading schedule development, integrating cost data with earned value, and providing project controls guidance for multi-source data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 15 years’ experience; without degree, 20 years experience.
• PMP, ASPE/AACE certifications preferred.
• Experience with large nuclear design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct development and maintenance of project schedules; manage EVMS implementation.
• Coordinate vendor/subcontractor quotes for WBS elements.
• Integrate cost estimates and schedules into a unified data source and ensure process compliance.
• Develop cost estimates (conceptual to bottom-up) and assist with Basis of Estimates.
