Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Nuclear Services, primarily remote but based near Oak Ridge, TN. You will lead one or more nuclear projects, directing project teams, developing execution plans, and ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in commercial nuclear, 10+ years in project management and team leadership, and a PE license. Strong communication and client-relations skills are essential.

Qualifications

15+ years of commercial nuclear experience.
10+ years of project management experience.
10+ years of leadership of project teams.
Experience in live nuclear environments and EPC delivery.
Demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and control complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple nuclear projects from inception through delivery.
Develop work execution plans, WBS, schedules, and budgets.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and risk.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with functional managers and stakeholders.
