Terrestrial Energy Inc. seeks a Procurement Manager to lead the day-to-day procurement operations for its IMSR nuclear projects in the United States.

You will manage a team of buyers, drive supplier selection, contract execution and ensure timely, compliant sourcing aligned with project timelines. The role requires deep experience in procurement leadership within the nuclear sector, strong negotiation skills, and close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Finance and Legal to uphold

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, including nuclear industry experience.
• Familiarity with NRC/CNSC regulatory requirements and export controls.
• Experience leading a procurement or buying team.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day procurement activities: PO issuance, supplier selection, and contract execution.
• Manage and develop a team of Buyers; set priorities and review workload.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers; manage relationships and performance.
