Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of nuclear power experience in various disciplines.
• Minimum of two years in first-level management.
• Broad background in nuclear power with experience in three or more departments.
• Ready Now or Ready 1-2 years for Senior Manager.
• SRO License or Management Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Performance Assessment function to improve site performance.
• Review performance of functional and cross-functional areas and engage leaders for insights.
• Monitor site performance against industry standards and Tier 1 documents.
• Debrief directors in real time on identified shortfalls and gaps.
• Generate reports and presentations for monthly/ quarterly reviews and senior leadership.
