Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute performance assessment to improve site performance.
• Review functional areas and interview leaders/workers for insights.
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports for leadership and oversight committees.
• Escalate issues to senior leaders and coordinate with INPO and NRC.
