Job summary

Vistra Energy is seeking a Nuclear Performance Assessor responsible for evaluating overall station performance, independently assessing the organization to identify areas where targets are not met. This role requires extensive experience in nuclear operations and the ability to provide critical input regarding organizational performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a Senior Reactor Operator License, coupled with a strong management background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred or 6 years of service in nuclear power.
• Minimum of two years of professional related experience at 2nd level management.
• Broad, varied background in nuclear power with experience in three or more departments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate overall station performance to identify problem areas.
• Provide direct feedback to senior station leaders.
• Generate reports and presentations regarding performance.
