Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks an experienced nuclear training professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining operator training programs for Reactor Operator and Non-Licensed Operator roles at our Oswego site.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and performance-based training delivery. You will coordinate exams, manage training records, and ensure materials reflect INPO and NRC guidance, while supporting broader fleet initiatives and outage preparedness.

Qualifications

• Must have nuclear training experience and SRO certification or license.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and audits.
• Experience developing and delivering performance-based training programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate training for Reactor Operator and Non-Licensed Operator roles.
• Familiarity with INPO, NRC Bulletins, and regulatory communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reactor training programs for nuclear plant operators.
• Maintain training records and auditable documentation per procedures.
• Coordinate exams and evaluations for classroom, lab, OJT, and simulator sessions.
• Ensure training materials reflect regulatory changes and plant updates.
• Support audits and respond to findings with corrective actions.
• Attend and participate in audits by NRC, INPO and management.
