Job summary

Constellation Energy in Oswego, NY seeks a Senior Reactor Services professional to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of reactor outage and non-outage activities. The role emphasizes safety, procedural adherence, and Human Performance Fundamentals to drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate with site management, and travel across the Constellation Nuclear fleet up to 90% of the year, supporting both planned and emergent activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (chemistry, construction, computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics or physics) with 5 years of related experience
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 7 years of related experience
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Reactor Services activities including disassembly/reassembly, fuel movement, and in-vessel maintenance
• Coordinate equipment mobilization, work planning, and contractor personnel to meet milestones and optimize resources
• Develop and deliver Reactor Services training as trainer and subject matter expert
• Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for Reactor Services activities
• Communicate issues to Outage Planning & Services and station management and foster cross-organization collaboration
• Provide oversight of Reactor Maintenance activities to ensure safe, compliant work
• Travel to BWR and PWR sites across the Constellation Nuclear fleet up to 90% of the year
