Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic procedures according to protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities include patient positioning, quality control, and mentoring students while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping. Experience and certification requirements include ARDMS/NMTCB/CNMT with BLS, and a graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Certifications: ARDMS/NMTCB/CNMT plus BLS upon hire

Responsabilités

• Perform nuclear medicine exams on patients of all ages with proper technique.
• Review exam requisitions and note pertinent information.
• Explain procedures and safety to patients; provide assistance during tests.
• Maintain records and licenses per federal/state regulations.
• Mentor students and junior technologists; ensure regulatory compliance.
