You will lead complex projects, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure compliance with ISO 9000/NQA-1 quality procedures while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, Creo and ANSYS, ABET‑accredited B.S. in Engineering, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in specialty mechanical equipment design.
• ABET-accredited B.S. in Engineering.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget of projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 or NQA-1 quality systems.
• Machine design knowledge and selection of machine elements.
• Mentoring specialty mechanical engineers and designers.
• Strong communication to management and clients.
• Ability to create and review complex mechanical calculations.
• Competence with SOLIDWORKS, Creo, ANSYS and other CAD/CAE tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
