Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement on EPC projects within the Nuclear market. You will develop procurement plans, manage budgets, and drive contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

The role requires extensive leadership, risk management, and collaboration with engineering, legal, and project teams to ensure cost and schedule alignment and contract compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Construction or equivalent work/field.
• Legal training or transactional/commercial management experience of 5+ years preferred.
• 8+ years negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all procurement activities for assigned EPC projects.
• Develop and execute project procurement plan and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and resolve commercial issues.
• Serve as liaison between procurement and project leadership and legal teams.
• Develop supply chain risk mitigation plans.
• Mentor procurement and supply chain personnel.
• Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, quality and contractual requirements.
