Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead all procurement and supply chain activities for assigned projects. You will develop and execute project supply chain strategies, supervise procurement teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, SCM, Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, contract administration, or construction-related supply chain functions.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing project teams or functional supply chain personnel.
• Experience supporting EPC projects is strongly preferred.
• Proven success developing procurement strategies, managing project buy-outs, and leading supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project supply chain and procurement activities from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and execute project-specific supply chain execution plans and sourcing strategies.
• Oversee procurement of engineered equipment, bulk materials, subcontracted services, and construction commodities.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers while minimizing risk.
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify cost savings and improvements.
