Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for EPC projects from pre-bid through closeout. You will manage the project supply chain budget, schedules, and vendor relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with cost, quality and contractual requirements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Legal and Project Controls, providing leadership to procurement staff and driving risk mitigation across LNG and related EPC work in

Qualifications

• LNG procurement management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent with 5+ years in EPC/engineering or construction roles.
• Experience as a Project Procurement Manager in Oil, Gas & Chemicals with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of equipment and materials common in EPC projects.
• OGC experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership and people management能力.

Responsibilities

• Lead all procurement activities from pre-bid to closeout and ensure alignment with project budget and schedule.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, subcontractors and professional service providers; advise senior management on risk.
• Oversee purchasing buy-out and ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and services.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Controls, Legal and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement supply chain risk mitigation plans and procurement analytics.
• Provide guidance and development to procurement staff assigned to the project.
• Maintain records of orders, approvals, and supplier performance for future projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project-specific procurement instructions.
