You will work across disciplines to ensure safe, compliant design and operation. Requires 7+ years in nuclear engineering, with a Bachelor's; Masters/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Masters or Ph.D. preferred for advanced roles.
• 7+ years of nuclear engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical work supporting US nuclear safety licensing activities.
• Author, review, and approve nuclear safety analyses and evaluation reports.
• Develop and maintain nuclear safety and licensing strategies in line with ANSI/ANS-8 standards and NRC/DOE regulations.
• Apply validated neutronics methodologies and Monte Carlo codes to assess margins to criticality and shielding designs.
