• Deep knowledge of 10 CFR and NRC guidance.
• PE license or nuclear qualifications desirable; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and integration of 10 CFR Part 70 license applications.
• Owns licensing commitments framework and content integration.
• Represents AtkinsRéalis with NRC and clients.
• Provides technical direction and mentoring to licensing engineers.
• Ensures timely delivery and regulatory defensibility.
• Supports scoping and proposal development for fuel cycle licensing.
