The role requires extensive experience in nuclear emergency management, a strong leadership record, and the ability to manage a cross-functional team across sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years nuclear emergency management experience with leadership roles.
• 5+ years experience in the nuclear industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills/experience/certifications.
• SRO license or SRO/MGMT certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead EP program implementation and regulatory compliance per 10 CFR requirements.
• Maintain the Emergency Plan and related procedures for readiness.
• Ensure the Emergency Response Organization is staffed, trained, and prepared.
• Direct the EP drill and exercise program with evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Develop EP staff through coaching, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with fleet teams, regulators, and external stakeholders.
