Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant maintenance leadership experience.
• Proven leadership and safety-focused management style.
• Ability to plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure safe, reliable execution.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and outage work.
• Assign work based on qualifications, workload, and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, environmental rules, and regulations.
• Conduct pre-job briefings, hazard assessments, and site observations; stop unsafe work.
• Review work orders, develop plans, identify needed labor, materials, and permits.
• Troubleshoot repairs of electrical systems and equipment, including motors and switchgear.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor quality and timeliness; document and close out in the maintenance system.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, processes, and productivity.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and planning for maintenance outages.
