Qualifications

• 8+ years nuclear emergency management experience or related regulatory compliance leadership.
• 5+ years experience in the nuclear industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of skills/experience/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Nuclear Emergency Preparedness Program ensuring compliance with 10 CFR 50.47 and site Emergency Plan.
• Maintain Emergency Plan, procedures, and programs for readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure Emergency Response Organization is staffed, trained, and prepared for emergencies.
• Direct EP drill and exercise program: plan, execute, evaluate, and improve.
• Lead EP staff with clear priorities, direction, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with fleet and site management for alignment and shared best practices.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and stakeholders, ensuring readiness of facilities and equipment.
