Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years nuclear emergency management experience.
• 5+ years experience working with the nuclear industry.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of skills/experience/certifications.
• SRO License (former/current), SRO/MGMT Cert., or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for nuclear emergency preparedness and staff development.
• Accountable for regulatory compliance, ERO readiness, drills and exercises.
• Coordinate with fleet counterparts, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Direct the EP drill and exercise program and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage EP program resources and budgets and align with site leadership.
