You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering and contractors, review work orders, develop labor and material plans, and coach employees to maintain qualifications. The role emphasizes reliability, budgeting support, and incident response within a strong safety culture.

Competenze

• Five to seven years' experience in discipline.
• Meets station procedural requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead, schedule, and supervise electrical maintenance personnel.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and outage-related maintenance.
• Assign work based on qualifications, workload, priorities, and safety requirements.
• Ensure work complies with procedures, environmental requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct pre-job briefings, hazard assessments, and job-site observations; reinforce safe work practices.
• Review work orders, develop job plans, identify labor, materials, tools, and permits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor quality and timeliness; inspect and close out maintenance in the CMMS.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning for labor, materials, contracts, and outages.
• Develop and coach employees; ensure qualifications and training.
• Manage contractor activities, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Participate in emergency response and provide supervisory support during outages.
