Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Oak Harbor, Ohio, is seeking a Nuclear Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for safe, reliable electrical maintenance and outage planning. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and contractors to ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.

You will coach and develop technicians, monitor work quality, and support budgeting and planning for outages and major maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five to seven years' experience in discipline.
• Meets station procedural requirements.
• Exhibit professional work ethics and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise electrical maintenance personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution of work.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and outage-related electrical maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, contractors, and other maintenance disciplines to resolve equipment issues and support plant priorities.
• Develop, coach, and evaluate employees; provide technical guidance, performance feedback, and training recommendations.
• Participate in emergency response and provide supervisory support during equipment failures, forced outages, and other operational events.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.
