Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in new reactor deployment.
• Direct experience with new reactor technologies is required.
• BS or MS in Mechanical, Nuclear, Chemical, Materials, Electrical, or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Leads proposal development, including scope, basis of estimate, pricing, and teaming.
• Leads execution of new nuclear projects with scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality.
• Performs and directs engineering evaluations supporting design, licensing, and deployment readiness.
• Prepares and reviews technical reports and client deliverables.
• Serves as the primary technical point of contact for advanced reactor and SMR developer clients.
• Mentors and develops junior engineering staff and supports resource planning.
• Represents Dominion at industry forums, codes and standards committees, and conferences.
