Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading construction of large capital projects.
• Experience planning, execution, testing and close-out of large projects.
• Supervisory experience in nuclear or industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership for safety in field operations.
• Strong communication across managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and direction for capital and major nuclear plant modification projects.
• Oversee vendor selections and Dominion oversight of planning and work activities.
• Develop staffing plans and manage budgets for the projects.
• Ensure safety culture and safe, cost-effective project execution.
• Produce executive updates and progress reports.
