Job summary

GE Vernova's Advanced Nuclear division seeks an Senior Project Manager to lead deployment and execution of SMR projects worldwide. You will report to the Project Management Director and support the Project Director in planning and executing contracts for design and construction of SMRs.

Responsibilities include on-time delivery, risk management, cost control in Oracle ERP, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across nations, while ensuring export control compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects with multi-disciplinary team and project.

Responsibilities

• On-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
• Maintain Project Risk Register to communicate and mitigate overall project risk level.
• Participate in kickoff meetings and support preparation & coordination of meetings.
• Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP.
• Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring training activities.
• Develop and issue the Project Work Plan and related project plans and procedures; facilitate implementation.
• Project administration and configuration management of project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with U. S. export control and other requirements as applicable.
• Support development and deployment of project infrastructure and tools.
• Support coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on deliverables.
• Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Configuration Management.
• Ensure conformance of deliverables with contract and project requirements.
• Lead, draft, and issue meeting notes, action items, and progress reports.
