Job summary

GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC in Wilmington, NC seeks an Advanced Nuclear Senior Project Manager focused on deployment and execution of SMR projects. You will report to the Project Management Director and support the Project Director in planning and contracting for design and construction worldwide.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, 5+ years PM experience, and 3+ years managing large projects. Domestic travel up to 25%; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• On-time project delivery with P&L accountability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and mitigate project risk using a Risk Register.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Assist in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, procedures, and training activities.
• Ensure conformance of deliverables with contract requirements and PM reports.
