• Develop staffing plans and oversee a mix of direct reports, contractors, and matrixed staff.
• Ensure safety culture, vendor safety plans, and cost-effective project execution.
• Schedule, plan, and prioritize daily activities for project controls and construction.
• Manage station housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, and tool control.
