X-energy LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Projects to lead the execution of the company’s nuclear fuel production facilities. The role encompasses strategic and tactical responsibilities, including field leadership, schedule control, cost tracking, and safety adherence in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required.
• Typically 12+ years’ work experience with 10+ years in construction project management.
• Experience leading capital projects in highly regulated environments (nuclear/government).

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project delivery from concept to handover for multi-hundred million programs.
• Coordinate with owners, operators, engineers and regulators to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, risk, and change orders across multiple trades.
• Review estimates, look-ahead schedules, and safety compliance at site.
• Present program status to executives and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
