Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 12+ years of general work experience with at least 10 years in construction project management.
• Proven track record delivering $100M+ capital projects in regulated environments (nuclear, energy, industrial).
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Integrated Project Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from conception to completion, including nuclear facilities and fuel handling/storage sites.
• Oversee in-house and subcontracted work, cost estimation, scheduling, and safety enforcement.
• Review plans, schedules, and constructability with engineering teams; manage change orders and risk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across owners, regulators, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
