Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium to large nuclear projects from design through commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in the nuclear industry with leadership experience and a background in EPC/GC contracts. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college.
• 10+ years in nuclear industry with 5+ years managing multiple projects.
• 8–10+ years in leadership roles supervising design/construction teams.
• Experience with nuclear projects; EPC/GC contracts a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus and strong stakeholder communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large multi-discipline nuclear projects from design to closeout.
• Coordinate with managers, discipline leads, and teams to align scope and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and provide progress, risk, and cost updates.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, baselines, and KPIs; maintain baselines.
• Oversee change orders and assess cost/schedule impact; manage staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across site activities.
