Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. is seeking a Sr. Network Technician to support the CCSD network infrastructure at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.

You will deliver telecommunications and network support for voice, data, video, and transmission services, ensuring secure communications and continuous access for authorized users. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency in Windows and AD, and U.S. citizenship, with DoD/IC network experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of directly related experience in Network Administration and support.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office; experience with Active Directory.
• Experience supporting classified networks (a plus).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide voice systems support for secure and non-secure VoIP, endpoints, and trunk interfaces.
• Support secure and non-secure data systems and network management equipment.
• Maintain and support transmission systems including fiber, copper, and cryptographic devices.
• Install, configure, and sustain video/PA systems and VTC operations.
• Provide telecom construction support per DIA/DoD guidelines and industry standards.
• Resolve problems using ticketing systems and escalate as needed.
