SMS Data Products Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Service Desk Technician for the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (CCSD) at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX.

You will provide end-user IT support, manage incidents, and ensure secure access for authorized users. The role requires a Bachelor's in computer science or related field, 5–8 years of service desk experience, Windows/Office proficiency, and DoD TS/SCI clearance eligibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of directly related Service Desk experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office; Active Directory.

Mansioni

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, network access, and enterprise apps.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and network systems with STIG compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues using ticketing systems and remote tools.
• Support information systems such as AFSCI, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, NSANet, and Tier networks.
• Maintain security measures and assist in vulnerability management.
