Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Lead Auditor to own our nuclear QA audit program aligned with ASME NQA-1. You will plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, and write objective audit reports.

You will verify corrective actions, maintain qualification records for you and the team, and supervise auditors and technical specialists. Independence from audited work is essential.

Qualifications

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or equivalent, with documented training.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance auditing.
• Experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21.
• ASQ CQA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead end-to-end internal and supplier audits.
• Evaluate suppliers of safety-related items and services.
• Maintain lead-auditor and auditor qualification records.
