Job summary

Honeywell Technologies, a global automation leader, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Software and Services to oversee end-to-end lifecycle of software, digital and professional services solutions for Security and Access Solutions brands. Hybrid work options across Pittsford, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Costa Mesa, CA with 90‑day onsite period.

The role reports to the Director of Product Management and requires 5+ years in product management, cloud SaaS experience, and strong stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, offering management, or related role.
• Experience with software and services offerings.
• Experience transitioning on-prem to cloud-based SaaS offerings.
• Strong business case, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer journey focus and excellent strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise new product introduction (NPI) processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support market-entry strategies based on research and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate with R&D, marketing, sales, and service delivery for alignment.
• Address complex customer needs to deliver business value of offerings.
• Benchmark products against competitors and identify differentiators.
• Communicate product vision and status clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure market readiness with training and materials, and track performance.
• Engage customers to collect feedback and drive improvements.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues during NPI and launches.
• Apply software product development and security industry knowledge as needed.
• Translate market data into actionable growth strategies and opportunities.
• Support commercial leaders with sales targets and partner strategies.
• Use PM and product management tools to manage work.
