Job summary
Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical NPI Program Manager to drive new product development and sustaining projects for the Supra and Onity lines within Building Automation. You will report to the Engineering Program Manager and operate from Salem, OR and/or Atlanta, GA on a hybrid basis, guiding teams across engineering, manufacturing and quality to deliver on time and within budget.
You will influence NPI execution, assure product quality and alignment with industry standards,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited technical discipline.
- 5+ years engineering experience in NPI within a global org; led at least two software/hardware products to high volume manufacturing.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex situations.
- Strong PM, communication, presentation, leadership and collaboration skills.
- Servant leadership approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product development and sustaining projects in Supra and Onity lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage programs within scope, schedule and budget.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes.
- Ensure products meet customer needs and industry standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and resources.
