Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical NPI Program Manager to lead new product development and sustaining projects in the Supra and Onity lines for the Building Automation group. You will report to the Engineering Program Manager and work on a hybrid basis from Salem, OR and Atlanta, GA, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; engineering or mathematics preferred.
5+ years of engineering experience in NPI development within a global organization, leading at least two software/hardware products to high-volume manufacturing.
Ability to work in ambiguity and navigate complex situations.
Strong project management, communication, presentation, leadership and collaboration skills.
Servant leadership approach.

Responsibilities

Lead new product development and sustaining projects in Supra and Onity product lines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manage programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes.
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and resources.
Provide technical leadership to project teams.
