Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, math, or a hard science.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware.
• Ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Experience integrating large or high-complexity assemblies.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Experience in configuration management and change control (CCB, E&O, Effectivity dates).
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI-based design-to-production transitions for electromechanical products.
• Own portions of manufacturing value chain for high-complexity products.
• Coordinate projects to install new manufacturing systems and report progress.
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Create work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers for rapid-turn development and scale.
• Travel to suppliers for sourcing, issue resolution, and quality procedures.
• Contribute to hardware mechanical/electrical design, interconnects, board fabrication and inspection.
• Work cross-functionally to set quality standards and milestones.
