Job summary
Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Senior NPI Engineer, Core Technology, to drive the transition of propulsion systems, actuators, and assemblies from prototype to high-rate production. You will develop test plans, scale manufacturing, and lead first article builds to ensure quality and reliability for mission-critical applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years in NPI/manufacturing or test engineering for mechanical/electromechanical systems.
- Experience developing test systems for functional, performance, and environmental testing.
Responsibilities
- Own the transition of propulsion systems, actuators, and assemblies from prototype to high-rate production.
- Develop and implement test plans, processes, and systems for validation throughout development and production.
- Design, document, and validate scalable manufacturing and assembly processes.
