Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering at our San Luis Obispo, CA site. You will lead quality improvements across APS gas purification products, driving CAPA, MRB, and risk-based decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams. A technical degree and Six Sigma experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analyses.
• Champion escalation management, containment, corrective actions, and sustainable improvements.
• Lead CAPA activities including root cause verification and effectiveness reviews.
• Own and improve MRB, nonconformance, defect tracking, and quality risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards, scorecards, and SPC data for manufacturing performance.
