Evolv Technologies is seeking a Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to lead the manufacturing introduction of complex new products from early development through production ramp. You will work directly with Product Development, Quality, Operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure designs are manufacturable, testable, scalable, and ready for production.

- Experience launching hardware products into production.
- Strong NPI/Manufacturing Engineering background.
- Proven ability to lead with third-party contract manufacturers.
- DFM/DFA leadership across development and production.
Responsabilidades
- Lead NPI and manufacturing launches from concept to production ramp.
- Drive DFM/DFA reviews with design and CM teams.
- Establish build-readiness criteria and closure actions.
- Mentor other engineers on launch strategy and risk management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
