Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to lead the manufacturing introduction of complex hardware from early development through production ramp.

You will own NPI programs, coordinate with Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and contract manufacturers to ensure build-readiness and scalable production. The role is an individual contributor based in the U.S.

Competenze

• Demonstrated history of successfully launching complex hardware products into production.
• Experience leading DFM/DFA and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong background with contract manufacturers and stage-gate processes.

Mansioni

• Lead NPI and launch of complex hardware from development through production ramp.
• Drive build-readiness criteria, risk tracking, and closure of open actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Operations, and CM partners.
