Legrand is seeking a Senior Project Manager for New Product Development in the Wire and Cable Management team. The role leads complex cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and more in a fast-paced environment in West Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, operations or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP and/or Agile certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional New Product Development programs from concept through commercialization and post-launch review.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and KPIs.
• Lead Stage-Gate reviews and ensure compliance with product development processes and standards.
• Support business cases, launch readiness and post-launch performance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks and change impacts; facilitate timely decision-making.
