Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in engineering and project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing people.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred); MBA is a plus.
• PM Certification preferred.
• CAD/SolidWorks experience in 2D/3D with rapid prototyping and 3D scanning.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects aligned with business plan, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting customer expectations.
• Direct a cross-functional team to achieve NPD growth by aligning business, customer needs, and resources.
• Drive adoption by interfacing with target customers and delivering on NPD sales targets.
• Oversee Design to Value (DtV) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives.
• Manage budgets for NPD, Test Laboratory, and Engineering Services.
