Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of progressive experience in new product development or product management for machinery or powered products.
• 5 years of project management experience in cross-functional product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects with schedules and cross-functional alignment.
• Define project scope, design, and realization requirements.
• Drive risk and mitigation plans and GDP gates for progression.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management and other functions to meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements in the NPI phase/gate process.
