Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Senior Project Manager for New Product Development in West Hartford, CT. You will lead cross-functional programs from concept to commercialization, coordinating with product management, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, and customer service to ensure KPIs and on-time launches.

You will drive Stage-Gate reviews, align stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver executive updates while supporting portfolio prioritization and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, project management, operations, marketing, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP and/or Agile certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional New Product Development programs from concept through commercialization and post-launch review.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Test, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Service and other teams to meet KPIs.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and success metrics.
