Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Senior Project Manager for New Product Development in West Hartford, CT. You will drive complex programs across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to meet customer and business goals.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time launches with post-launch reviews, while aligning with portfolio priorities and strategic roadmap execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP and/or Agile certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional New Product Development programs from concept to commercialization and post-launch review.
• Coordinate product management, engineering, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, and operations to achieve KPIs.
• Define and manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Lead Stage-Gate reviews ensuring compliance with development processes and governance.
• Support business cases, launch readiness, commercialization plans, and post-launch performance reviews.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and changes, communicating plans to leadership.
• Provide regular project reviews, executive updates, and portfolio-level reporting.
